1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern your use of the PRDX Creative ("PRDX") website at prdxcreative.com, including private notes, referral links and the client portal. By using them you agree to these Terms.

2. What PRDX does

PRDX builds and runs private AI for people whose business runs on relationships, for a small number of clients each year. Each system connects to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude and to tools the client already uses. It prepares; the client decides. Nothing is sent in a client's name without them.

3. Notes and referral links

Leaving a note creates no obligation for you or for us. We reply personally when we can, and we only use what you send to respond to you.

Referral links are personal links our clients share. They carry no reward to you and no obligation. Please don't post someone else's link in bulk or use it to impersonate them.

4. Client engagements and accounts

If we build something together, its scope, fees, timelines, data handling and ownership are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms.

Client portal accounts are for the named client and their authorised team. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.

5. No guarantee of results

Our systems are designed to help you keep track of relationships and act at the right time, but outcomes depend on your market, your work and how you use the system. We do not guarantee revenue, deals or any particular result.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, frameworks and branding, belongs to PRDX Creative and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. The information you submit remains yours.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't submit false information or impersonate someone else.
• Don't scrape, copy or republish site content, or probe or disrupt the site.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRDX Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. Because it is free, our total liability arising from it is limited to $0. Liability for paid work is addressed in that engagement's agreement.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PRDX Creative is established.
