Privacy Statement

1. Who we are

PRDX Creative ("PRDX," "we," "us") builds and runs private AI for people whose business runs on relationships. This statement explains what information we collect through prdxcreative.com and the client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

Private notes. If you leave us a note on the site, we collect your name, who referred you (filled in for you if you arrived through a referral link), how you'd like us to reach you (text or email) with the number or address you give, and an optional line about your work. The note is delivered to us privately so we can reply personally, and kept with a record of who referred you.

Client accounts. If you become a client, we hold your account details (name, email, organisation) and records of the work we do for you, including requests you send us.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe shares only limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.

Referral links. If you arrive through a referral link (such as prdxcreative.com/r/name), we set one first-party cookie that remembers that referral code for 30 days, so the site can greet you and the note form knows who sent you. It holds only the code. It is not shared with anyone, is not used for advertising, and does not follow you to other sites. We count visits and notes per referral link so we know who to thank; those counts are not tied to your identity unless you leave a note.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell browsing data. Signing in to the client portal sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in.

3. Your system's data

The AI operating system we build for you runs on its own isolated infrastructure with its own database and keys. Data inside your system belongs to you and is governed by your client agreement. It is never pooled with other clients' data and never used to train any model. The client portal shows only summary information about your system, such as its status, version and usage counts.

4. How we use your information

• To reply to your note and respond when you contact us.
• To know who referred you, so we can thank them.
• To scope, build, run and support your system if we work together.
• To bill you for our services.
• To improve this website.

We do not sell your information, rent it to third parties, or use it for third-party advertising.

5. When we share information

• Service providers that make our services work, such as hosting, database storage, payments (Stripe), email delivery and internal notifications. They process information on our behalf only.
• Legal requirements, if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfer, if PRDX is acquired or merged, under the same protections.

6. How long we keep it

We keep notes as long as we need them to evaluate fit, work together, or keep a record of the engagement. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and as required for accounting. Ask us and we'll delete what we can sooner.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@prdxcreative.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we honour reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.

8. Children

This site and our services are for professionals and are not directed at children.

9. Changes

We may update this statement. The date at the top always shows the latest revision.
